A beautifull apartment, located right next to the first green of the Mossel Bay golf course. The views (the sea, the Outeniqua Mountains across the bay and the fairways of the golf course) from all the rooms, and especially from the very spacious balcony towards the front, are quite magnificent. The spacious balcony area is furnished for outdoor living, dining or just relaxing in the sun!In the lounge area of the livingroom is a "flat screen" television with DSTV (local and international) satellite channels. The apartment has its own decoder and guests do not share with anybody else. Complimentary tea, coffee etc is available in the kitchenette area. All the rooms, including the 2 en-suite bedrooms, open onto the balcony area with sliding doors.

There is 24 hours security on the estate as well as a parking bay for your car on the premises. Small game (springbuck) and many bird species roam the estate, even in the garden!! There are a few small pools on the Estate (for the enjoyment of the residents and their guests), the nearest one a 3 minute walk from Fairways Apartment.

We offer 14 beautifully furnished en-suite bedrooms, of which 5 are sea facing with private balconies.  We also cater for families and have 3 family en-suite bedrooms each accommodating 2-5 guests at a time, a dormitory room accommodating 12 guests at a time, as well as a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom self-catering flat accommodating 4 guests at a time.  All rooms are equipped with Televisions (M-Net) and have coffee and tea making facilities.  We offer quality percale linen and Glodina Black Label Towels in all our rooms - as found at top 5 star resorts in South Africa.  Please note that our rooms are non-smoking.  A laundry service is also available.

Accommodation:
It only takes a 2 minute stroll along the boardwalk to the long stretch of unspoiled beach, very safe for swimming, surfing, boating and fishing.

There are six spacious double bedroom suites complete with luxurious linen, towels and toiletries. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds that can be converted to two single beds (twins).  5 of the bedrooms lead to a verandah or private garden, and 4 bedrooms have a spectacular view of the ocean and fynbos surrounds where one can sit and have a sundowner, or watch the whales, dolphins and birds.  All rooms have under floor heating, and bedrooms are equipped with a TV (DSTV), bar fridge and coffee / tea tray.  Rooms are serviced daily - linen and towels replaced when necessary.   A 24 hour laundry service is also available.
